-large capital asset agreements for international sales
-complex service support agreements
• wide national and international non-contentious IP practice, including:
-IP licensing agreements
-various patent related licences
-sales of IP rights
-various types of computer-related agreements

Mark Green qualified as an English solicitor in 1981 and has been giving corporate and commercial legal advice to UK, European and other international business clients ever since.

Mark is also qualified as a Notary Public, as a German Solicitor (Rechtsanwalt) and has acted as Honorary Consul for the Federal Republic of Germany in Northern England since 2000.

Qualifications & Admissions:

• Attended Leipniz College, University of Tübingen, Germany 1975.
• LLB, Faculty of Law, Hull University; 1978.
• Admitted as a Solicitor of the Supreme Court in England,1981.
• Qualified as a German Solicitor (Rechtsanwalt), 1997.
• Qualified as a Notary Public in England and Wales, 1998.
• Appointed as Honorary Consul for the Federal Republic o fGermany, 2000.
• Awarded the Order of Merit by the President of the Federal Republic of Germany, 2014.
