The following is a synopsis of the founding partners:
- Established in the late 1960’s by Professor
Dr. El Said Mostafa El Said, former dean of the Faculty of Law, Cairo University, El Said Law Firm’s main practice focused on dispute resolution. - Dr. Darwish Law Office was founded in 1976 by Professor Dr. Ibrahim Darwish. For more than forty years, the practice covered all areas of doing business in Egypt. The office has advised on all manner of bespoke legal matters and is renowned for its strong commercial litigation and international arbitration practice.
- Established in 1986, Shindy & Associates is a multi-disciplinary firm specialized in financial, managerial and legal training as well as consulting services. Offering these three complementary areas through highly qualified experts, with hands- on experience, has been the cornerstone of its success over the years. The firm’s founder is Dr. Wagih Shindy, former Egyptian minister of investment and international cooperation.
