- Representing a major international construction company as claimant in arbitration proceedings filed at the Cairo Regional Centre for International Commercial Arbitration against the owner of a major hospital claiming unpaid contractual dues arising out of an EPC contract.
- Representing PICO Petroleum Integrated Services in arbitration proceedings brought against Wadi El Sahl Petroleum Company before the Cairo Regional Centre for International Commercial Arbitration.
- Representing PICO Petroleum Services & Investments in arbitration proceedings brought against North Bahriya Petroleum Company before the Cairo Regional Centre for International Commercial Arbitration.
- Representing Gaber family in arbitration proceedings filed at the Cairo Regional Centre for International Commercial Arbitration against Citadel Capital SA.
- Representing Jazz Hotels & Resorts SAE in the arbitration proceedings brought against Al Raouf Hotels International Company before the Cairo Regional Centre for International Commercial Arbitration in relation to outstanding debt.
- Advising Gemsa Petroleum Company on the arbitration filed by Aker Operations under the Rules of Arbitration of the London Maritime Arbitrators for International Commercial Arbitration.
- Representing Investia Venture Capital in arbitration proceedings against Global Investment House Kuwait before the Cairo Regional Centre for International Commercial Arbitration.
- Advising Al Marasem International For Development Company on an arbitration filed by Trio Akami Group before the Cairo Regional Centre for International Commercial Arbitration.
- Advising Al Marasem International For Development Company, on the proceedings filed against the Egyptian Airports Company before DRB.
- Representing Dana Petroleum in legal proceedings against the Egyptian Ministry of Finance in relation to taxes and customs claims.
- Representing Shell Egypt in legal proceedings against the Egyptian Ministry of Finance in relation to taxes and customs claims.
- Representing Pyramids Park Hotel in legal proceedings against the Egyptian Ministry of Finance in relation to taxes and customs claims.
- Representing Pyramids Park Hotel in legal proceedings against tourism companies for payment of outstanding amounts.
- Representing CALDERERIA Y MECANIZADOS TOMELLOSO S.L in legal proceedings filed against BRANCH TSK ELECTRONICA Y ELECTRICIDAD PUBLIC COMPANY in Kuwait.
- Representing Al Manjara Joinery W.L.L. in arbitration proceedings brought against Fino International Qatar W.L.L. and WCT Berhard (Qatar) under the ICC Rules of Arbitration;
- Advising Madina Group W.L.L. in arbitration proceedings filed against QSTec under the ICC Rules of Arbitration in relation to claims arising from a subcontract between Madina Group W.L.L. and Punj Loyd Limited.
- Representing a Qatari company in legal proceedings initiated before the Doha Appeal Court against Samsung C& T Corporation, OHL International and Qatar Building Company.
- Representing Gulf Contracting Company in legal proceedings against Punj Lloyd Limited, held before the Qatari courts for outstanding dues amounting to USD 30,000,000.00.
- Representing Al Darwish United Company for Real Estate and Investment and a consortium of other investors in the Pearl-Qatar project in legal proceedings against the project’s main developer. Pearl-Qatar is a USD 14 billion project and one of Qatar’s largest urban developments.
