- Acting for Al Marasem International for Development Company on the development agreement entered into with AK for Real Estate Development & Marketing for the exclusive development of a residential and touristic compound constructed on 431 acres located in the North Coast, Egypt.
- Advising Tameer SAE on the development of Urban Business Lane, a business district that will harbor office space, located in New Cairo adjacent to the American University in Cairo.
- Acting for Al Marasem International for Development Company in drafting the standard sale and purchase agreements for the unit sales of Fifth Square residential compound located in New Cairo as well as in drafting the standard lease agreements for the commercial units.
- Advising Tameer SAE on the development of the Business Lounge, part of AZAD New Cairo, a boutique business park that offers a variety of space requirements types to meet various corporate needs.
- Acting for Al Marasem International for Development Company on the development agreement entered into with Arab Real Estate Company for Investment for the exclusive development of a residential, commercial and administrative compound constructed on 46,000 square meters located in Sheikh Zayed, Giza Egypt.
- Advising Tameer SAE on the development of AZAD New Cairo residential compound located adjacent to the American University in Cairo featuring AZ Homes designed to meet the needs of student housing as well as AZAD Views .
- Advising Tameer SAE on the development of DIAR I & II, a residential compound located in the northern extension of 6th October.
- Advising Construct for Real Estate & Development SAE on the construction and development of project Scarus, a luxury resort planned over 120, 000 square meters in Sharm El Sheikh, South Sinai, Egypt.
- Advising FBME BANK LTD on real-estate mortgage over residential properties, its registration and enforceability under Egyptian law.
- Acting for LAMAR Holding Ltd on the purchase of two plots of land with a total area of 433,000 square meters in New Cairo.
- Acting for EgyFrance for Construction & Investment S.A.E with respect to the allocation agreement entered into with the Red Sea Governorate for the allocation of a total area of 12,512.50 square meters.
